Terms of service
Services are provided under our standard terms (Algemene Voorwaarden), version 4.2, published in Dutch and English. In short: hourly billing, 14-day payment terms, 99.95% monthly availability target, and a 30-day notice period for termination by either party.
Privacy notice
We process personal data as a controller for account, billing and support records, and as a processor for data our customers store on the platform. Account records are kept for the duration of the contract and seven years afterwards, as required by Dutch tax law.

Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. Server logs contain the IP address, requested URL and user agent, and are kept for 90 days for security purposes.
